WATER/SEWER/GARBAGE SERVICES

 

WATER :

Residents are charged $98.01 for up to 4,000 gallons per month. Any overage over 4,000 gallons is charged at $1.55 per 1,000 gallons.

Commercial users are charged $44.00 for up to 4,000 gallons per month. Any overage over 4,000 gallons is charged at $3.10 per 1,000 gallons.

Turn On/Shut Off Fees = Each occurrence $125.00

Delinquent Fee:  $10.00 Monthly

 

SEWER:

Resident and Commercial Users are charged a basic rate of $34.85 per month

Water and Sewer bills are mailed monthly and due by the 15^th of the following month unless the 15^th  falls on a weekend or Holiday.

 

GARBAGE:

You will be provided with a 96-gallon cart on wheels with a lid, delivered to your residence by the Town’s contracted provider.  Garbage is picked up once a week on Wednesdays unless a holiday changes the scheduled pick up.  Garbage fees, negotiated by the Town and provider, are placed on your real estate property tax bill.
